Talent Media exists because most hiring happens to the wrong people. The best candidates aren't applying, and the best presented candidates aren't always the strongest.
We work on both sides of that problem. For employers we run specialist, mapped headhunting assignments, going out to the whole market rather than waiting on a shortlist of applicants. We're experts at turning passive candidates into your next top hire, discreetly and effectively. For individuals we rebuild the CV and LinkedIn profile so that a career is presented as a case, not a chronology.
Alongside that, we train recruiters. Plenty of people can fill a vacancy; far fewer can run a genuine search. Our training programmes teach the craft of headhunting to in house talent teams and agency consultants, using the same methods we use on live assignments.
Everything we do is underpinned by market data. Every assignment produces a map of who is out there, what they earn and what would move them, intelligence we share with clients planning headcount and candidates weighing an offer.
